    Always enjoy your insights Greg.

    Another one of the reasons for the rise of Nazism in Germany was the calling in of loans the US made to Germany between the wars, which effectively made the Mark worthless and adding to the disillusionment and anger in the country.
    It was understandable given the Great Depression that the US had entered into.

    Greg,

    Don’t lump all Baby boomers into one basket……some of us did and do have the same values as our predecessors. Unfortunately, as you point out, many didn’t. The ones that didn’t were the genesis for the problem we face today……you can see these old Baby Boomers at work in the congress and senate as we speak.
